Venue and Travel
Often the most frustrating and complex area of conference coordination, our service includes:
- Provision of several venues options to meet your specifications
- Booking, liaising with and paying venue of your choice
- Liaison with venue regarding room layout, equipment, catering, overnight accommodation etc
- Coordination of delegates travel arrangements (national or international) such as flights, coaches, hire cars etc
- Supply of an Event Manager to liaise with the venue regarding any last minute issues on the day (accommodation, refreshment times etc).
Administration
We will take responsibility for:
- Management of delegate invitations and responses
- Preparation, design and production of event resources (brochures/handouts etc)
- Provision of secretarial services before, during and after event
- Supply of an Event Manager to supervise the day, liaise with venue etc
- Sourcing and set up of audio visual/conference equipment
