Venue and Travel

Often the most frustrating and complex area of conference coordination, our service includes:

  • Provision of several venues options to meet your specifications
  • Booking, liaising with and paying venue of your choice
  • Liaison with venue regarding room layout, equipment, catering, overnight accommodation etc
  • Coordination of delegates travel arrangements (national or international) such as flights, coaches, hire cars etc
  • Supply of an Event Manager to liaise with the venue regarding any last minute issues on the day (accommodation, refreshment times etc).



Administration

We will take responsibility for:

  • Management of delegate invitations and responses
  • Preparation, design and production of event resources (brochures/handouts etc)
  • Provision of secretarial services before, during and after event
  • Supply of an Event Manager to supervise the day, liaise with venue etc
  • Sourcing and set up of audio visual/conference equipment
