Needs Analysis – we can spend time in your organisation understanding your issues, challenges and opportunities and recommend the best way to make the most of both your event and what happens back in the workplace. This can include 121 / team interviews, questionnaires, review of data etc
Conference coordination – we can take away all the hassle of managing the logistics of your away-day by suggesting appropriate venues, liaising with the venue and suppliers regarding all your catering and equipment requirements, facilitation of sessions and follow up activities
Design and delivery of key sessions – we can work with you to create a theme for the event and help you to design and (if required) deliver a range of sessions from presentations to strategy planning, teambuilding to brainstorming, learning to relaxing evening entertainment. To enable managers to get fully involved in discussions, we can facilitate brainstorming / planning sessions and even manage writing up of flipcharts!
Teambuilding Activities – we have access to a huge range or activities from just a bit of fun to very detailed team development. As trainers, we have the added benefit of being able to observe team members and provide feedback either on the day or after the event on the effectiveness of the team
Follow up Activities – as well as providing feedback and typing up key notes, we can also work with you on how to maximise the efforts of the day into real results back in the workshop
