Pearlcatchers was set up in 2002 to offer a fresh approach to learning, development, teambuilding and events. Having experienced training, change and teambuilding events both internally and through external consultants, we have experienced some of the common problems and gained an understanding of how to overcome them. As a result, we operate differently from many other consultancies, working to the following values:
