Pearlcatchers' trainers and coaches have a diverse range of backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common - they come from management, not management schools. The boardroom, not the classroom - the coal face, not the chalk face. They are not Identikit 'professional trainers', bringing ready-made solutions. Instead they work with you to develop a full understanding of your business and its goals before proposing actionable training solutions to help you achieve them.
Our team of consultants and event designers have a unique mixture of business, training, IT and theatrical experience blended with remarkable creativity and the desire to exceed our customers' expectations. As such our portfolio of services is extensive and includes the following areas of specialisation.
Sharon Young A.I.L; Prince2; NLP Practitioner
Sharon Young has worked for many years in both operational and change roles at companies such as Yellow Pages and Cable & Wireless. Sharon's experience as both an agent and target of change gives her a unique perspective as a trainer and consultant. Having been involved in the amateur drama for 15 years, Sharon recognised its potential as a learning and development technique. She has put together a team of professional actors, writers and trainers who can compliment her commercial knowledge.
Since forming Pearlcatchers in 2001, Sharon has worked with a wide range of companies from both the public and private sector and is an associate trainer for the Best Practice Club. Sharon is particularly skilled at identifying the underlying development needs of both individuals and organizations and designing tailor-made solutions to fulfill these requirements. Her energetic and enthusiastic style is infectious and both motivates delegates to get involved and holds their attention throughout.
