Half day Change Management session

Change is such an all-encompassing topic, that it can be difficult to source the right training for your organisation. We help staff to deal with the personal side of change.

Pearlcatchers can help - by completing a training needs analysis and designing bespoke development programme on a wide range of topics related to change.

Our Birthday Half Day Change Management session will take you through our model - the Cycle of Change - which is split into 5 key phases - recognising the opportunity; building support; planning; implementing change; and embedding / reviewing - which represent the life cycle of any change initiative.
We can help you to discover:
  • The link between strategy and leadership
  • Change and the individual - maintaining motivation
  • Supporting employees through the transition curve
  • Managing resistance and conflict
  • Change and continuous improvement
Participating in Change

One of the main reasons employees resist change is fear and anxiety - which translate into stress, resistance and under performance. We can help your employees develop the skills and attitude to embrace change as an integral and welcome aspect of their life:

  • Understanding the change process
  • Identifying your personal reactions and overcoming barriers
  • Visualising and exploring future possibilities

Activities
Square Wheels
The Square Wheels model focuses on personal growth and individual reactions to change, using the metaphor of caterpillars and butterflies.

*To claim this session, over £5,000 worth of training and events needs to be agreed up front.

Wedding Reception from Hell
Delegates become guests at a wedding, each at a different emotional stage. As delegates they have to guess which stage each person is at. We take the learning from this exercise to talk through the stages in more detail, asking what people might see at each point and how they can help themselves through each of the stages.
