Organising conferences and events has always been a thankless task. As if it wasn’t enough to organise the venue, catering and agenda and then race between attending the meeting, typing up notes, sorting out problems with the hotel etc – nowadays, you are also expected to organise conference theming, audio visual equipment, facilitators, teambuilding events and evening entertainment.


One of the most complex aspects of the role is trying to coordinate all the different strands and acting as the middle man between the venue, the audio visual supplier, the entertainment company and so on. Wouldn’t it be easier if you could just deal with one person who would coordinate everything from start to finish.
