E-learning / Blended Learning Programmes

There is much research that supports the assertion that the best learning programmes incorporate a range of different methods to suit both different learning styles and organisational / financial constraints.

Pearlcatchers fully understands the need to deliver a consistent message through a range of media / activities and as such we are able to provide our clients with a fully blended approach to learning and development, including:

  • Experiential workshops, including drama-based learning where appropriate
  • Self managed learning, such as work-based projects and exercises
  • E-learning activities from a simple game / questionnaire before and after workshops to a full programme of modules with interactive activities that can be delivered online or via CD-Roms
  • Personality Questionnaires, such as 360 Degree Feedback – especially useful for Management and Leadership Development Programmes
  • Learning Sets – which can be facilitated by one of our trainers or self-managed by the set, following initial set up
  • Workbooks with both theory and a range of exercises that delegates can work through at their own pace with regular support from a coach / mentor
  • One to one coaching on either specific topics or around general development needs
