Phase One - Web-based Pre Event

This phase would run approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the meeting / conference event, where we introduce the concept of "Business Health". This first phase therefore acts as a business "health check/business fitness" assessment.

The client's objectives for the meeting are identified and agreed, and an engaging web based business game is developed around these objectives. The delegates earn points by playing the web game which asks questions some factual, and some concerning their ambitions for the meeting, and what topics they would like to see covered at the meeting/conference.

At the same time we register delegates online, inviting them to record their preferences for food, travel, accommodation etc. In the period between this pre event web game and the meeting the client has the opportunity to review the responses and scores from the web game to ensure that the content of the meeting is pitched at exactly the right level. The delegates have therefore had a direct input into the content of the meeting and will feel a greater sense of ownership and commitment.

Phase Two - Live Event / Conference

On arrival at the meeting or conference each delegate is put into a team, and their scores are totaled to form a team score which will be added to during the interactive elements of the meeting. This second phase acts as the business health education programme. During the meeting, each team will have a laptop at its table and will be asked to focus on their understanding of the presentations and other aspects of the meeting through a competitive environment.

This will be facilitated through the use of fun and engaging interactive questioning and audience response through the laptop. Because we are able to constantly monitor and measure team performance and responses there is the opportunity to revisit and reinforce content or style of the meeting in the light of the responses. The Performance Network will also deliver the most dynamic team event which will provide a stunning and measurable finale to your meeting.

Phase Three - Post-Event Business Web Game

When delegates have returned to the workplace we produce a follow up engaging fun web game to check and reinforce understanding. Our measurement facility allows the client to track performance, and changes in performance. We can thus also help a client assess future training needs in the light of the data and responses generated.
