Think you're the next Alan Titchmarsh or Charlie Dimmock? Well, now's your chance to prove it ...

The concept is simple - each team will be allocated a miniature garden plot and your own unique customer with views on what they want in their garden.

Equipped with your own make-over pack each team must plan, design and deliver within the project parameters. The pack includes a makeover budget, timescale, as well as a selection of basic tools and equipment. Further spice can be added by setting team challenges at any point during the activity, which will earn you the chance to win additional supplies, plants, tools, specialist workers or advice from our resident experts.

To successfully complete your project, you will need to make use of the skills and knowledge of all your team members, such as:

• Ability to plan people and resources.
• Budgeting.
• Practical / gardening skills .
• Specific knowledge - which plants suit which environment.
• Ingenuity - how to make the most of what you have.

Your project will in essence become a microcosm of a successful team / business in any field.
