Each team member is allocated either a coloured jigsaw part or a plan for a completed puzzle. The task of the team is to complete the jigsaw indicated on their plan. It will soon become obvious that each team does not have all the pieces they need to complete the puzzle and they will need to obtain pieces from other teams. The sooner that all the teams realise that they cannot succeed without working together, the sooner the task will be completed.
This game can be tailored, so that all the individual puzzles join together to create one giant puzzle and/or for the completed puzzle to show an image that is relevant to the organization.
