On the Way to the Forum

Forum theatre is an increasingly popular drama-based activity that provides an opportunity to observe and provide input into key organisational or interpersonal issues.

Using research and innovation, we create an improvised, interactive play that mirrors real life situations in your organisation. The audience is asked for input and their advice is then improvised back into the drama. It is also possible to 'rewind' the situation to try different approaches. The session is then rounded off with a discussion on the impact of each change and how this could relate to the workplace.

This powerful and highly facilitated workshop provides a safe environment to try out new ideas, tackle sensitive and often taboo subjects and share knowledge and best practice. On The Way to the Forum can be run as part of a conference or in conjunction with a wider training or organisational change programme.
