The Fizzical Factor

If you need something to blow away the cobwebs after a tough meeting then the Fizzical Factor will get you moving. A mixture between an indoor 'It's a Knockout', 'Survivor', 'Gladiators' and 'Crackerjack', this zone offers a variety of physical agility and teamwork exercises. Potential activities include:

• Obstacle Skis - three team members are linked on a pair of skis and have to safely negotiate an obstacle course.
• Spiders Web - your team have to pass through the web, without touching the threads - or using the same section twice. Careful planning is needed or some members of the team may be left stranded.
• Gladiator Duel - choose your champion and cheer them on in a battle to challenge even Wolf or Lightning.
• Kangaroo Racing - just one of 101 silly things to do with balloons - think egg and spoon race with a difference.
• Minefield - your team have to get across a minefield without touching the floor, but to make it more difficult you need to retrieve a bomb with the help of buckets of water?!
• One Man and his Team - a test of communication and trust, your team has to chose its own shepherd and language and let themselves be guided to safety or be sent on a wild goose chase.
• Giant Twister - Time to strrrrrrretch your team muscles in the game that literally ties you and your team-mates up in knots.

This zone can be run as a stand alone event or you can mix and match with the rounds from any of the other
