Culture Vultures

Culture Vultures is part training session and part game. Firstly the teams are shown how to use 'The Paradigm Process' - a tool to identify the culture of an organisation overall and/or specific departments within it. The teams are then provided with information about a business (real or simulated), including paperwork, video interviews and actors available for discussion.

The game section is along the lines of Cluedo with the participants having to identify who 'killed the motivation'
