Blood on the Carpet

This is the negotiation game - guaranteed to put all your persuasion techniques to the test. Three teams (or sets of three) are separate businesses - all given different briefs. To achieve their objectives they will have to negotiate separately with the other businesses. Any combination of two businesses could be successful and one team will be left out in the cold - so be careful if you like to play hard ball!

The game looks at communications, recognizing win-win situations, identifying motivators for other parties, accepting commonality and rapport building. An ideal way to show that 'tough' negotiation isn't always the best!!
