Interactive pantomimes for any time of year

Pantomime might be one of our greatest traditions - but there's nothing old-fashioned about our shows! Of course, some things don't change - after all there ain't anything like a dame or a panto horse for that matter! But our productions are brought bang up to date with a corporate audience in mind. For example:


  • Our Snow White has shed her Seven Dwarves and is now aided by Four Swedish Popstars - complete with 70's tunes and costumes!
  • Cinderella's Prince Charming resorts to blind dates to find his true love.
  • Red Riding Hood's granny has had plastic surgery and spends her nights in internet chat rooms.
  • Aladdin uses his magic carpet as 'Greased Lightnin' to help him find some 'Summer Lovin'.

Pearlcatchers' pantomimes last 45-60 minutes and are generally performed as after dinner entertainment, with lots of opportunity for audience participation. Prices are all inclusive, covering such items as scripts, professional actors, costumes, props and audio visual equipment.

Audience numbers are limited only by the size of your venue and to ensure that we meet the requirements of your event, all our pantomimes are available in any of the following options:


Pre-scripted

Once your date and location are decided, simply choose from our selection of titles, then sit back, relax and let us entertain you.


Tailored Scripts

For a more personalised approach we can either tailor an existing script for your audience or for something completely different, we can design an entire new pantomime just for you.

Before the event we arrange a research meeting with you. We learn about your industry, company and conference theme - as well as insider information, such as in-jokes, nicknames and silly stories. We use this to create your personalised script.


Participation

We take audience participation a step further by inviting your guests to take on some of the pantomime roles. I wonder who you would suggest to play one of the Ugly Sisters, the Wicked Witch or even the back end of a horse. Spoof auditions will take place before dinner and the chosen cast are then whisked away to prepare.
