Each team (or delegate in small groups) is given a section of a puzzle, which together might replicate a work of art, the company logo or any other image. Individually their task is to recreate their section of the image - but the unspoken objective is that the entire puzzle must be put together to replicate the whole image. This cannot be achieved without delegates working closely with those around them.
"Art Works" can be tailored to include a series of challenges, successful completion of which will give the team access to brushes, paint and canvasses. Each team will be delighted with their own abstract painting, but when all the teams' canvasses are brought together they will be amazed at the work of art they have created.
