Ask any athlete - such as Olympian Kriss Akabusi - what it takes to succeed and they will say dedication.
This also applies in todays swiftly moving competitive world. Every person who enters into a competition does so for one reason - to win. Does your team have the motivation, commitment and determination to win gold?
As an orphan, Kriss Akabusi knows what it is like to fight to succeed - it was only when he became a Physical Training Instructor in the Army that he realised his talent and love for sports and athletics - going on to win gold in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
